Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding.
- Research industry trends to better serve our client base.
- Represent Apex Talent at local networking events and job fairs.
Qualifications
