Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality technical candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking events.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from pipeline building to offer negotiation.
- Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and company culture.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future requisitions.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to candidates and clients.
- Ensure compliance with all company and legal recruitment standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, staffing, or executive search.
- Deep understanding of the NYC tech market and software development roles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a focus on results.
