Responsibilities
- Conduct Initial Candidate Screening: Perform phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage Recruitment Pipelines: Utilize applicant tracking systems to track candidates and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Build Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong connections with hiring managers and business owners.
- Market Research: Analyze local market trends to identify staffing needs and opportunities.
- Coordinate Scheduling: Schedule interviews, prepare candidate packets, and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and employment placements.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to learn and succeed in a sales-oriented environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening availability.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; full training provided.
