Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct professional phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with local Milwaukee businesses to understand their hiring needs.
- Coordinate interview schedules, prepare candidate packets, and manage the onboarding process.
- Track job orders, update candidate pipelines, and ensure timely placement of temporary and permanent staff.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely weekly compensation for all temporary workers.
- Conduct market research to stay competitive in the staffing industry.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proven self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Milwaukee area for client meetings.
- Desire to learn the staffing industry and achieve consistent sales/placement targets.
