In this pivotal role, you will drive our recruitment strategy, own the full talent lifecycle, and ensure we deliver exceptional candidates to our enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Execute advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify and engage passive candidates in the Boston tech market.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from market mapping and screening to conducting technical interviews and negotiating offers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for key open positions across software engineering, data science, and healthcare IT.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements and ensure a seamless placement experience.
- Represent Apex Talent Solutions at local networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences to enhance our employer brand.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) efficiently to track candidate progress and maintain accurate data records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Proven track record of successfully filling high-volume or niche technical roles within the Greater Boston area.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong network of contacts within the local engineering and data science communities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
