Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive screening and interviewing of potential candidates to identify top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and hiring managers.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and outreach to onboarding.
- Utilize social media platforms and job boards to attract qualified applicants.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve placement success rates.
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings to refine recruiting strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or HR is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
