Responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates across diverse industries including energy, healthcare, and tech
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Build and maintain strategic client partnerships in Houston metropolitan area
- Utilize advanced ATS systems to track candidates and job orders
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Ensure compliance with EEOC and state employment regulations
- Collaborate with team to exceed monthly KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 3+ years recruitment/staffing experience
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong negotiation and client management skills
- Valid Texas driver's license for client site visits
- Proven track record meeting placement quotas
- SHRM-SCP or CSCP certification preferred
