Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills/cultural fit
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and job openings
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in Texas market
- Proven track record of meeting placement KPIs
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn and job boards
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
