Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, finance, and government
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct insightful interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Utilize ATS systems to track recruitment metrics and optimize workflows
- Facilitate onboarding processes for successful placements
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop innovative recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with DC metro area job market preferred
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
