Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and permanent positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure optimal matches
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems to track applicants and manage recruitment pipelines
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools
- Collaborate with sales team to meet quarterly placement targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement metrics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
