Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles across Washington
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key clients
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with ideal positions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from offer to onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using modern recruitment technologies
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize placement success
- Represent Apex Talent Group at industry networking events and job fairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding recruitment KPIs
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS systems
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Valid Washington state staffing license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
