Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries including healthcare, tech, and logistics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with ideal roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding support
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize placement success
- Represent our agency at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing experience or equivalent sales/client management background
- Proven ability to build relationships and close deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
- Passion for helping candidates find meaningful employment
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
