Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and corporate clients
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and facilitate smooth onboarding
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) to track metrics and optimize pipelines
- Maintain compliance with EEO regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs (placement rates, client satisfaction)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Seattle's job market and key industry players
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid Washington state driver's license (client site visits required)
