As a Staffing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, sourcing top-tier candidates for local businesses and managing the full lifecycle of our placements. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring every candidate and client has an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for diverse industries.
- Manage the candidate pipeline through modern ATS platforms and social media channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs and culture.
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends and competitive intelligence.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary rates and employment terms to ensure successful placements.
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to placed candidates to ensure retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
