Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-hire, contract, and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipeline through our ATS with 100% compliance to labor regulations
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments for diverse industry roles
- Negotiate compensation packages and onboard candidates with precision
- Generate weekly payroll reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize recruitment campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with weekly pay structures
- Proven track record of placing 15+ candidates monthly
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- Valid Texas staffing license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong negotiation skills with client-facing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
