- Facilitate weekly payroll processing for temporary/contract staff
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using digital and traditional channels
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends
- Maintain accurate candidate database and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Chicago market
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Illinois labor regulations and payroll compliance
