Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and career goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers across Albuquerque
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to all parties
- Manage candidate onboarding and ensure smooth placement transitions
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for data-driven recruitment decisions
- Meet weekly KPIs for placements and client satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience or HR background
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets in competitive markets
