Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for weekend shift positions across Miami's thriving industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their staffing needs
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and skill matching to ensure optimal placements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate onboarding
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, including weekend availability
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software to maintain accurate candidate databases
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional candidate and client experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience with weekend shift availability
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in diverse industries
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
