Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels to identify, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open positions.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with client companies, understanding their hiring needs and providing exceptional service.
- Placement Management: Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for both the candidate and the client.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job order records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise clients and candidates effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) is a plus.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Omaha, NE.
