Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research and candidate sourcing using various platforms and networking strategies.
- Screen, interview, and assess applicants to determine their suitability for specific roles.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates in the El Paso area.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their unique staffing needs and requirements.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service and consultative advice to clients regarding workforce solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles within a staffing agency environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the El Paso region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
