Your Role
As a Staffing Specialist, you will play a critical role in our recruitment lifecycle. You will source, screen, and place candidates into various roles, ensuring a perfect match for both the client and the candidate. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, persuasive, and results-driven.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews of prospective candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from posting job ads to onboarding new hires.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent using various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and job requirements.
- Ensure all candidate data is accurately entered into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and engage.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site client visits (optional but preferred).
