Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing strategies (social media, job boards, networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive job seekers within specific industries.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand client requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the placement, from initial contact to onboarding and follow-up.
- Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) accurately and in real-time.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for local travel.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
