Responsibilities

  • Utilize various sourcing strategies (social media, job boards, networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive job seekers within specific industries.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand client requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the placement, from initial contact to onboarding and follow-up.
