Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Identify, screen, and interview top-tier talent across various industries to match client needs.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers.
- Revenue Generation: Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from candidate placement to onboarding, to meet aggressive revenue targets.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and staffing trends.
- Consultative Sales: Consult with clients to understand their technical and soft skill requirements.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate a network of passive candidates to ensure a steady pipeline of talent.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, recruitment, or customer service.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Motivation: High level of self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ATS platforms.
