Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conducting phone screens and in-person interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Negotiating salary and contract terms to secure top-tier talent.
- Managing a high volume of requisitions and ensuring timely placements.
- Coordinating onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a seamless transition.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or sales.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Denver metro area for client meetings.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
