Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven professional to manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for our clients. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, identifying talent and closing placements quickly.
Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding for technical roles (Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science).
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social networking to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screen candidates effectively to ensure technical skills and cultural fit align with client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers and candidates in the Houston market.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the logistics of new hire start dates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and staffing needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly placement quotas and sales targets.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong understanding of the Houston job market and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter mentality with a high degree of organization and time management.
