Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews for job seekers.
- Manage and update candidate profiles in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the onboarding process for temporary and direct-hire employees.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand their staffing needs.
- Perform market research to identify new recruitment opportunities in Omaha.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).
- No prior recruiting experience required; we train the right candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are recommended.
