Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for various industries including administrative, light industrial, and professional roles.
- Conducting comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a robust network of active and passive job seekers.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with local business clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from job order intake to placement and onboarding.
- Tracking and reporting on weekly recruitment metrics and sales activities.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet weekly sales and placement targets.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driverās license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelorās degree in HR or Business a plus.
