Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conducting comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Coordinating the full placement process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborating closely with account managers to meet and exceed client placement targets.
- Managing candidate relationships and providing exceptional service throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or high-volume sales.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a high attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
