Responsibilities
- Manage Night Shift Schedules: Oversee the recruitment and placement of temporary and permanent staff for overnight shifts.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with warehouse and logistics clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Talent Acquisition: Screen, interview, and assess candidates specifically for night shift availability and reliability.
- Onboarding: Coordinate the orientation and training process for new night shift hires to ensure smooth transitions.
- Compliance: Ensure all employment paperwork and safety protocols are met for night shift employees.
- Shift Support: Act as the primary point of contact for any issues or emergencies occurring during the night shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, HR, or customer service.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a regular basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Strong ability to multitask and manage a high volume of applicants and schedules.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Tools: Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
