Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews for various temporary and contract positions.
- Coordinate interview schedules with clients and candidates during evening hours.
- Update applicant tracking systems with accurate, timely data to ensure smooth workflows.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while working independently in a remote night environment.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork, tax verification, and compliance checks.
- Communicate effectively with shift managers regarding urgent staffing needs.
- Source passive candidates through networking and job boards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a staffing agency, HR department, or customer service environment.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or similar).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential.
