As a Staffing Specialist, you will be the face of our brand, driving our growth by sourcing exceptional candidates and building lasting relationships with hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, networking events) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings to ensure alignment with client requirements and company culture.
- Manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding, ensuring clear communication.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to understand market trends and client needs.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and pipeline activities.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven ability to source and screen candidates effectively.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
