Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse roles across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through strategic account management
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and skill alignment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and competitive positioning
- Mentor junior recruiters to enhance team performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruitment or agency staffing experience
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong negotiation and closing skills for both candidates and clients
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
