Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct comprehensive skills assessments and reference checks to ensure candidate suitability.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their evolving needs.
- Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applicant status and update job postings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is required.
- Proven ability to source candidates and conduct effective phone and in-person interviews.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment best practices in the state of Minnesota.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high volume of requisitions.
