Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conducting thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of talent for open requisitions.
- Managing client relationships to understand their hiring needs and provide top-tier service.
- Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Updating candidate and client data accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (entry-level candidates with strong communication skills will be considered).
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
