Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of industries, including manufacturing, IT, and administrative roles.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, phone interviews, and in-depth face-to-face interviews.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job specifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, social media, and sourcing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the placement process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn or iCIMS.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site client visits.
- Ability to work weekends or flexible hours during peak hiring seasons.
