Responsibilities
- Identify and source top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Meet with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide consultative staffing solutions.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) accurately and update candidate status in real-time.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for new business growth.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master recruiting best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
