Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential job candidates through various channels (social media, networking, job boards).
- Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for our client portfolio.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, including scheduling and logistics.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Research market trends to identify staffing needs for specific industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of goal achievement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office Suite, Email, CRM systems).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
