Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize social media platforms, job boards, and networking events to identify and attract passive job seekers.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, soft skills, and cultural fit.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and requirements.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate face-to-face and video interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Placement Support: Assist in negotiating offers, preparing contracts, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Market Analysis: Research industry trends in the Tampa area to provide insights on salary benchmarks and talent availability.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Computer Proficiency: Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and learning new HR software quickly.
