Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize social media platforms, job boards, and networking events to identify and attract passive job seekers.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, soft skills, and cultural fit.
- Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate face-to-face and video interviews between candidates and clients.
- Placement Support: Assist in negotiating offers, preparing contracts, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends in the Tampa area to provide insights on salary benchmarks and talent availability.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Computer Proficiency: Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and learning new HR software quickly.
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated self-starter with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales and recruitment targets.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and demonstrate empathy during the hiring process.
- Reliability: Punctual, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Tampa Bay area is highly preferred.
