In this role, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment lifecycle, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring our clients receive the best talent in the Pacific Northwest. Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize social media and professional networks to identify and screen high-quality candidates for open positions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone and video screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and job requirements.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Analysis: Research market trends in Portland, OR to provide insights on salary expectations and candidate availability.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for temporary and permanent employees to ensure a smooth transition.
- Marketing: Contribute to our social media presence by sharing success stories and job openings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or HR preferred.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, confident demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated self-starter with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Drive: A genuine interest in sales, recruitment, and helping others achieve their career goals.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, including occasional evenings or weekends for networking events.
