Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for entry-level candidates, including screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, and scheduling in-person meetings.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (social media, job boards, networking) to identify and attract qualified talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into our client organizations.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and provide exceptional service to both candidates and clients.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude, high energy, and a genuine desire to learn and grow within the HR industry.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for local client visits).
