Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and direct hire roles across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding support
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights to clients
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience or relevant HR background
- Proven track record of meeting placement metrics and client satisfaction goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ohio residency required for local client engagement
