Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
- Conduct phone and video screen interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events.
