Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screens and resume reviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates efficiently.
- Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new temporary and permanent employees.
- Research and identify potential candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Collaborate with the senior team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote calls.
