Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates in daily pay temporary roles across DC, Maryland, and Virginia
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs and service expectations
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and performance tracking
- Ensure seamless integration of our daily pay system for placed candidates and provide ongoing support
- Analyze market trends to identify high-demand skill sets and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure all placements adhere to labor regulations and agency standards
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and ATS metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience, preferably in temporary/daily pay environments
- Proven track record of placing candidates in corporate, healthcare, or government sectors
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of DC labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Certification in Staffing and Recruiting (CPSR) or SHRM preferred
