Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Sourcing: Utilize various channels to identify, attract, and screen candidates for immediate openings in logistics, healthcare, and light industrial sectors.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with local Memphis businesses to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored workforce solutions.
- Interview Process: Conduct professional interviews to assess candidate skills, personality, and fit for specific daily pay job roles.
- Placement & Onboarding: Coordinate the hiring process, including background checks and orientation, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
- Payroll Coordination: Manage the submission of timesheets and facilitate the daily pay process for eligible workers.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with local Memphis labor trends to advise clients on wage rates and availability.
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices adhere to state and federal labor laws.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client and candidate engagement.
- Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Memphis, TN job market and local industries.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM software.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, to meet candidate needs.
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
