Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews of applicants to match them with open positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and social media.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance and a smooth transition.
- Manage client relationships by providing regular updates on candidate status and payroll inquiries.
- Process timesheets and handle payroll logistics to ensure employees receive their Daily Pay on time.
- Stay updated on labor laws and industry trends to provide expert advice to job seekers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily performance targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for field work.
