Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for diverse industries.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive job seekers within the Indianapolis market.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms to identify and attract top talent.
- Facilitate seamless communication between candidates, clients, and internal teams to ensure a positive experience.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Assist with payroll administration and timekeeping for temporary and contract workers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) is highly preferred.
- Strong networking skills and a natural ability to build rapport with diverse personalities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for client site visits.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
