Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for temporary and permanent roles across Denver.
- Conducting comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Building and maintaining a robust database of active candidates in the local market.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job specifications and recruitment strategies.
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of timesheets and payroll for temporary staff.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable transportation to meet candidates and clients throughout the Denver metro area.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR is a plus.
