As a Staffing Specialist, you will be the face of our agency, ensuring our clients receive top-tier candidates while our workers find meaningful employment opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for industrial, administrative, and light industrial positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses in the Baltimore area.
- Coordinate placement schedules and handle onboarding paperwork efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and temporary employees.
- Monitor workforce availability to ensure 24/7 coverage for client needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
