Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and direct-hire positions across diverse industries
- Manage client relationships, understanding staffing needs and delivering tailored workforce solutions
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, verifying qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate weekly payroll processing for temporary employees ensuring timely compensation
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through networking and sourcing
- Track key metrics including placement ratios, client satisfaction, and time-to-fill
- Collaborate with team to optimize staffing workflows and enhance candidate experiences
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting or staffing industry experience with proven placement success
- Deep understanding of Cleveland's job market and key industry sectors
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in payroll processing
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification a plus
